Looking at a 1997 teggy with about 190k miles, is that bad mileage?
I agree with Marcus. Compression test it before buying--it will help you to make a more informed decision (good numbers, buy it...poor numbers, lowball (for the amount of money you're about to spend restoring it) or walk. There was a thread a month or two ago where somebody asked something similar. I posted the numbers that you're looking for there. There should be plenty of YouTube videos about how to do a comp test. Some that I've been known to use are ErictheCarGuy, SouthMainAuto, and BriansMobile1.Mileage all in all does not truly matter is the car was kept up maintenance wise.
