This is to give you a general idea on how to build the wideband O2 (WBO2) sensor harness for the NAW_7S WBO2 controller.

The NAW_7S user manual already have a similar guide to show you how to do it, however i sorta disagree with some of the information and i want to point out some of the problems i encountered in the process... so i am writing an article instead.

  • Crimping tool
  • Soldering tool and soldering iron
  • 22-18* GA wire, minimum 6 x 4 feet
  • Connector

Posted 05-15-2010 at 12:02 AM by codenamezero

So i suspect it was something else... I've noticed my fluid would become murky very quickly, and i begin to wonder why......
