4 cylinders misfiring

It all started when I ran into a puddle of water that was like a shoe deep
And then 5 min later when I reached my destination and parked my muffler started to make piping noises and then the chicken engine started blinking and reving up and down almost going to stall. I check the obd2 and it gave me the code of all four cylinder misfiring. I also check my engine and it was a bit wet from the water and I saw coolant was escaping from the cap as well
Has new spark plugs and wires
And distributor cover was replaced with some clear one that cost me 15$ with those spinning things I forgot the name
Any solutions please let me know

Do a compression test, and a leak-down. Having a mis-fire after running through water is never a good thing.

P.S. I deleted your other thread. No need to create and duplicate posts with the same topic.
