Lock Nut

Hello everybody. Anyways on my car I have 4 lug nuts obviously and on each rim I also have only one lock nut. The thing is when I bought the car thr guy didn't know where the key was so I bought it without the key. I want to get the lock nut off, but I want to reuse it. Any way to get it off and still have it usable. Also I've gotten a couple lock nut remover sets but they're all made for 6 point and up and my lock nut is a 5 point. Anybody have any ideas?

go to a tire shop and see if they can help out there. are you talking about the lug nut? because a lock nut is something different.

i wouldnt have bought the car without the key, if you got a random flat you could be in a jam.

I would just hammer on a 12 point socket, remove the locknut and buy a new set. No point in keeping them if you don't have the key. Just my $0.03 (Canadian Dollars, that conversion rate is a killer)
