As mentioned above a few times, delete your cache and cookies see if that clears things up.
The ONLY place to do this is within Safari. I do not use Safari to access this site. I'm still not sure how this effects the app, but regardless, it's been done on my behalf NUMEROUS times, including just now, with no success.
Did you notice that the error kicked in right after the update?
Not sure if it was "right after", as I'm limited by someone replying to a subscribed topic, within that time-frame. If I were to guess, possibly within 24hrs of updating the iOS

Every time this happens, I do what an Admin suggests, EACH time. There is obviously a problem, as this thread is over 2yrs old, with very sporadic success in notifications working.
