Converting 94 Integra front end to 98/01

I wanted to find out what would it take for me to convert the front end of a 1994 JDM Integra SIR-G to the 98-01 USDM front end?

I know that the headlights and front bumper need to be changed and I believe the fenders as well but does the bonnet also need to be changed?

Also, where would be the ideal place for me to source these parts in the US?

Your trying to convert a 94 JDM front end (long headlight) to a USDM front end? My question is WHY?

Headlights and the bottom yellow turn signals lights
Radiator Core support
Bumper Support
Hood latch cable
Re-do the wiring

About time I can now apply for Historic Tags for my GS/VTEC Automatic and no more SMOG

Everything phatintegra said and I'm guessing you are not from the US. The parts are easily available on Facebook marketplace. People are constantly parting their cars, but I recommend you buy California, Texas, or Florida since those states rarely get snow.
