Post 2019 Best/Worst performance brands for control arms, swaybars, coilovers etc.

I've been digging around the site for recommendations on best "Track" brands for varying levels of competition but didn't find anything too current or helpful. I'm building my DC2 for Autocross solo and eventually will rebuild or build another for time attack down the line and was looking for who the authoritative brands are for Honda/Acura. (Spoon, Blox, Mugen, etc.)

It would also be nice to list/sticky, brands that are literally for lowering only, or just straight up garbage like i've seen at Nasioc, North American Motoring and VWVortex.

Lower Control arms:

Coilovers/OE style/Sleeves:

Swaybars:

Knuckles (if that's a thing for Honda/Acura):

A topic like this is subjective by an individual. What one person may consider a "good" brand for a specific type of racing, another may consider "junk" due to a personal bad experience. Everyone will have their personal opinion

A better way to approach would be to decide on some spring rates that would work for your specific application, and then research/investigate what brands closely meet those requirements, and then narrow down to quality based on the inputs of others, and other internet reviews.

Lastly, the information that you find may not be "up to date". The last year for the Integra was 2001, which was 18-years ago. There hasn't been a lot of new companies that are releasing suspension components for a vehicle that hasn't been manufactured in that time frame.

Keep in mind that swapping a lot of these parts may put you in a higher category. I made this mistake with my Civic when I had it and I always ended up with the slowest or next to slowest times compared to the competition.
