Exclamation loss of power at low rpm

hey i jus did an engine swap and there is a loss of power when i try to rev while being under 3k rpm. the old engine block is a 95 b18b1 and the new engine block is like a 97 b18b1 i jus kept the head because it was in good condition still. i replace throttle body that i thought it was the problem but it is not it just fixed high idle. while i still have a loss of power under 3k rpm and take off. help please

Many things could be wrong. First I would confirm that you don't have a vacuum leak.

yes ik one of my vacuum lines are switched up i just need to find a diagram or reference to use to help me fix that and then go on from there
