Clutch bleeding help...

Ok I have searched so don't flame me into oblivion, I just have not found an answer for what I'm experiencing.

Just replaced the master and space cylinder for my clutch I have to bleed it on a jack due to the location of my turbo. This isn't a big deal or so I thought I can get proper clutch peddle pressure while on the jack but as soon as I lower the car back to the ground I get a soft spongy peddle.

The clutch will not disengage once on the ground but when it is in the air the clutch and transmission work as they should. I'm at a loss as to why this is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
