Thumbs up HELP!?!? '90 Teg GS - dizzy

I need to know if there's a problem with the distributor in my car (just replaced 3 times w/ brand new dizzy's) or if there's now a problem in my wiring.

I tested both the 2-prong and 7-prong connectors (running from my car's internal wiring) to the new distributor I installed. The 2-prong connector is only supplying 12v power on one prong (the other is probably ground), while the 7-prong connector is supplying zero power (<0.1v readings) across all 7 prongs, even with the key in the ignition turned to the "ON" position and otherwise normal battery voltage.

Is this normal? Is it normal for a 2 & 7 prong distributor hookup to only have power being supplied from one single prong to the entire distributor with the key turned to the "ON" position? I ask because I need to determine if it's a problem with each distributor I keep putting on itself, or if it's a problem somewhere else.

Thanks in advance for people who actually read and answer my actual question!
