So for the past 3 weeks I've been having a bit of trouble starting my 99 LS. Always fires but it's gone from taking 4 or 5 seconds to nearly 10 of cranking. I've put in a new fuel pump, new cap, rotor, plugs, and wires -- no better. Could be the battery at this point - the car sat for a year and a half before I got it a month ago.
Regardless I need to fix this injector issue:
Upon inspection of the injectors it seems cyl 3's injector can rotate in the manifold. The other 3 injectors don't move around at all. I don't see any fuel leaking but this can't be good. I do notice a tiny bit of hesitation..not much.
Could this be introducing air into the fuel system? Is this normal? I do have an o ring kit at the ready just not looking to install that if I don't have to.
