Omni-Power USA, Inc. was started by Steve “Omniman” Rothenbuehler & Bob Nichols back in November of 2003. Out of the gate we realized that the odds were stacked against us, with so much competition in this industry. Yet, this actually took some of the pressure off of us, and allowed us to keep our focus on consumer needs. We started brainstorming ideas back and forth to see where we felt the industry had holes or no products at all and went from there with a clear plan.
