The heater/AC blower fan just stopped working and there is
no setting that will make it run. The likely culprit is the Power Transistor
Module. This is part number 79330‑S6M‑941 and can be seen as item
#4 in the diagram below.

This part can be purchased for about $40 online, but if you
are handy with a soldering iron and have access to a multi-meter, this could be
a $5 repair, with spares. The likely cause of the power transistor failure is
the thermal cutoff device within the power transistor module. If the power
transistor overheats, this device opens like a fuse and disables the circuit.
If your cabin air filter is clogged, reducing air flow, the power transistor
may overheat, so it is a good idea to replace the cabin air filter at the same
time as this repair.
The first thing to do is remove the power transistor which
is located just above the ECU in the passenger foot well. Remove the courtesy
panel by pressing in the center of the three fasteners directly below the glove
box and then pull out each fastener. The panel can then be removed by dropping
the panel underneath the glove box and pulling it towards the front seat.
Once the panel is removed, the power transistor can be seen
above and to the left of the ECU as shown (circled in red).
First, remove the connector by squeezing the retainer
(circled in blue) and pulling on the connector and fold the harness out of the
way.

Once the connector is out, remove the two screws using a
short Phillips head screwdriver.
