Activation Issues
If you are getting a message that your Account is Deactivated, one of two things is going on:
(1) If you are a new Registrant, then you didn't verify your email address. There is a link in the welcome email to follow to activate your account.
If you did indeed recieve your welcome email, please give the site about an hour to manually activate your account as it automatically activates all new signups at the top of the hour
(2) Your account has been deactivated by an Admin/Moderator.. Reasons for this could include:
» Acting irresponsibilty on the forums, DO NOT flame other members or cause trouble, we are all here to help each other, not start up wars
» Not following the guidelines. These "rules" are by no means too much to ask, its
basically post in the right forums, keep the topic subject to mean what the thread is about, and do not do the annoying "bump". Again, these requests are not much to ask
» This site is not Off-Topic.net, want to talk about movies or what you did today or how someone made you mad? Team Integra is not the place.
Other Issues:
Weird login errors: Clear Out Your Cookies and start again
Account doesn't exist: If you have not been to the site since the make over (Mid May), you will have to re-register
Login Info doesn't work: Use Copy and Paste from the welcome email generated by the site, do not try to type it
Password Changes: If you change your password in your profile, you will have to log off and back on to reset your cookie
Tried all the above or other issues?
Email this address with:
Your Username
You Email address on file
Your EXACT problem other than "I can't log in"
If these three things are not in an email sent to the above address, it will be ignored
