Deleting the Cookie for Internet Explorer

• First, close all Internet Browser windows (Important!!) • Now choose "Start", then "Find" or "Search" (depending on OS) • Do the search Addition!! if nothing found on "@ti", then try "@team" !! • Close all broswer windows and come back and login.. Good Luck!!
