Browser cache is a feature of a web browser to make pages load faster by keeping a local copy of a site's files on your hard drive. While this is an awesome idea for a static or unchanging site, it wrecks havoc on a site that is dynamically generated such as message forums and the sort.
Clear Browser Cache
On your web browser you may notice "stale" images, pages that don't seem to change, stuff like this. The issue with this is "cache", which is the browser saving a local copy of an image or page on your local computer. So if the item changes on the server but you still see the locally saved version.

So how does one fix this?
