so it isn't recommended to install it on a car without a projector or a good reflector lens?
anyways, how fast is the shipping?

Not sure about the projectors. I know with integras though, there is very little glare. I would try emailing ddm and asking about your specific car type. TechSupport@DDMTuning.com Shipping isn't the greatest but it's pretty good.

Okay guys, I just got my replacement ballast in. Is there any particular steps I need to do upon install to ensure this one doesn't go haywire? Or can I just plug it in and turn the car on? Also, I noticed on ballasts in the past when I try to put the ballast plug to factory wiring plug, it sometimes is a little tight and won't fit to the point where the plastic clicks. Should I just force it until it clicks or what?

Thanks in advance.

just keep pushing it in till it clicks, a little tough but just a snug fit. pushed mine all the way in and have never had a problem

Here this may help.

On my Gen 3 Teg, stock projectors, no adjustment to headlights at all.

Left: 8,000k Raptor HID 35w
Right: Stock Sylvania bulb

Btw, Color is not that blue, just the way the iPhone took it. The Raptor 8,000k in my experience is plain white with little to no blue at all.

By definition 8000k is blue, not white.

I know and agree with you, but apparently ddm and raptor don't. I even got them to confirm that I was shipped 8,000k. That blue in the picture is closer to 8000k than mine actually look.

It may look like the 8000k is white... but it really isn't. Trust me. I was running both 6000k and 8000k at one time due to a screw up from the guy i bought them from. The 8000k looks quite blue when looking at them from on coming traffic. I thought that the 8000k that i had didn't seem that blue but when compared to a color temp that actually has more white in it... it is really noticeable.
