We are from the Bay Area, Ca but as for specifics on the exact city/location we will leave it alone due to high thefts.

As for the front bumper, those are EDM foglights. I bought the last bumper from Password JDM. There are some sites that just sell those lights and then you would have to cut a hole in your bumper.
