id say more like 75%, ive seen quite a few with black/gray interior. its just that during the 90's tan interior with a black car was popular because it kept the inside cooler in the summer, but there were those few who opted for the black on black style over function.

When I said, interior, I actually meant the color of the carpet.

So would the color of the carpet be the same for light blue exterior color cars as well as black exterior?

Tan is this color right: http://www.rosiespamperedpuppies.com/tan_color_background.jpg

How come a blue or black exterior has tan interior?

I would think it is gray or black, right?

Pls correct me if I am wrong

Here's how you know (FACT):

If it's a black RS/LS/GS - Interior will be TAN
If it's a black GSR/Type-R/(and maybe Special Edition? Not sure) - Interior will be BLACK/CHARCOAL

That may be true in the U.S. but not in Canada. My '98 RS is black on black/charcoal from the factory.

I'm against it.

If you have access to the car open the drivers door and look for the sticker. It'll tell you the original color. Mine for instance says "taupe" because i have a tan interior.

Yes, forgot to add that I'm basing this from the US, and that I was referring to Gen.3 Integras.
