Ok guys I currently have some 17 inch BSA wheels that are black with chrome lip. I f-ing hate chrome with black lip!!! Cavaliers, Inteprids, and even cop cars have them. So I want to paint my wheels to get the H out of that noise. Lol sorry for the venting! Anyways, I plan on keep the chrome lip and painting the inside spokes only. I will be using Duplicolor wheel paint with the clear coat. I narrowed my choices to white with chrome lip, bronze with chrome lip, and gunmetal with chrome lip. Anyone wanna photo shop it, go ahead! Thanks for your input guys! Here's the pic!

I think this is the model....BSA rims are so wack with model names! They are always numbers and junk! Lol anyways I think they are the 243a. Thanks for photo shopping the pics BlknNlTeg!

Here are some bigger pics of the rims on my car...

Perhaps you need to do better prep work lol. What method did you use to paint your wheels?

Its your car not anyone elses. I would tell you to get rid of those gay looking wheels and get some WedsSports or Volks. You asked for an opinion and thats mine.

thanks for the replies guys! I got the rims as a gift so I can't complain about how gay it is "azITRclone". But I am digging the white too! Anybody else have any toher ideas for paint? Is duplicolor the only maker of wheel paint?

I like the white as well. Duplicolor is good paint if you prep correctly. I learned that the hard way. I was lazy the first time I ever painted wheels and it chipped after two months. I resanded and cleaned and primed and sanded and the paint is still good. Just take your time and clean them very well and prep them and don't rush.

Yes, the paint will hold up for quite a long time. Mine have begun to fade a bit from time and the famed ultimates brake dust. The only chipping I have are where tards nicked them back in my highschool auto tech shop for whatever reason. 2 years going strong.

Duplicolor gunmetal and clear was used.

Not a big fan of the wheels either man but do whatever your heart desires...it's your car. Whatever you choose, prep is key.
