just try it out and tune it to your liking?
i mean there is never going to be 1 setting fit all tracks setting...
is different from person to person, from track to track...

why dont you just set it to the softest setting and drive it around, and as you need to you can stiffen it up. personally id probably keep them right around the middle for the street and a setting or two off full hard for the track. the nice thing about adjustable coilovers like the ff2's is theyre so quick to adjust that it really shouldnt take too long. post up a review after you get them set up

The softest setting tends to have a bounce. And the stiffest can be bad if youre driving on bad roads.

I have F&F II's. I love them. Im fooling around with them all the time too because I drive different kinds of roads. The one I take for work every day has horrible bumps and potholes EVERYWHERE, So i put it a bit softer . But then after that I have it to a more stiffer setting.

From what ive read, F&F Type 2's have something called WI-Damp for their coilovers, Im not sure if its out. If So, i cant find it anywhere. Its basicly a device or mechanism that lets you adjust the damping from inside the cabin wirelessly.

wireless as in you do it by hand. I've contacted F&F on this.

As for a setting you ahve to set it to how you like it. In the winter I have the fronts set at 12 clicks and i have the rear at 15. in the summer i rock the fronts at 23 and the rear at 26. nice firm and supportive ride.
