MorningZ, when you uninstalled and reinstalled, did you happen to clear your app's cookies and cache off the phone too?

Sending in a ticket for you @jjkz24 Can't seem to find any reason for the lack of notifications, so I'm tagging in the tech team.

To be sure are you referring to the old app or the new one we announced this past December?

I have (numerous times) deleted the old app, and downloaded the new app. I can't provide any more information other than what I've already stated numerous times, along with my numerous screenshots. I appreciate you looking into this, but I only seem to get repeated questions that have been answered already, repeatedly.

Looks like my notifications quit working again. Not sure if it had anything to do with an iOS update last week (9.3.1). I've tried uninstalling, and reinstalling, with no results.

Hey there,

As mentioned above a few times, delete your cache and cookies see if that clears things up.
Did you notice that the error kicked in right after the update?
Did you receive this notification?

Richard.

The ONLY place to do this is within Safari. I do not use Safari to access this site. I'm still not sure how this effects the app, but regardless, it's been done on my behalf NUMEROUS times, including just now, with no success.

Not sure if it was "right after", as I'm limited by someone replying to a subscribed topic, within that time-frame. If I were to guess, possibly within 24hrs of updating the iOS

No, I did not receive this notification.

Every time this happens, I do what an Admin suggests, EACH time. There is obviously a problem, as this thread is over 2yrs old, with very sporadic success in notifications working.

With notifications working sporadically its very hard to narrow down on the cause of the problem, and since no more users have been posting here about the error our best guess is that the bug is on your end.

If anyone else is not receiving notifications, please let us know!

I'm going to suggest what might be a more full cleaning of the app from your device. Try and delete it through settings

Settings>General>Storage & iCloud Usage>Manage Storage

Find the app and delete it here, then reinstall. If this does nothing for you, I'll open up the ticket from before again.
