Yes, they'll fit fine. All the dimensions you have listed above will work.

the +45 offset won't be too close to the trailing arm?

+45 is the ideal offset. In fact, it's the offset on the factory OEM wheels.

You would be correct. When I did a quick search, I found the +45 was for the OEM 16" R wheel.

I believe Honda used a few different offsets for their OEM wheels throughout the years.

The OEM 16" ITR wheel is a 16x7, while OEM 15" rims are 15x6. That would push the offset 7mm between the two.

But based on the tire and wheel calculators, the wheel will sit further in, just wasn't sure on the 7.5in width at that offset, I remember from another post, the 949ul with the same width clears, but they are et42 or et43. So if it doesnt clear the rear worst case would be a 3mm spacer.

I have 16x7 with a +40 offset rims on my DA, and while running 40-45 profile tires, I ended up using 1 inch spacers on the front to keep from destroying the inside edge of my tires.

Just food for thought.

But if you really aren't sure, find a buddy or something/someone with wheels of a similar spec and put one or two on the front. turn the wheel full lock in one direction, check the clearance, then turn the other way and check again. Make sure to check both the leading and trailing edge of the tire to make sure it's not going to rub like a mofo.
