just wait until i upload the video of me installing the head lol it cost me 440 to have the s300 installed and shipped. i already had the s100 so i received $100 off and i had the boost control option added so i dont have to use an external boost controller. more information can be found on hondata.com website. my tuner is going to email me the dyno graph, i forgot my thumb drive to get it yesterday

Why are you trying to replace that cam cap? The dealer is right you will need to replace the head if that cap is ruined. The cam caps and cylinder head are line bored together. They are machined to match each other and only each other. No two caps/heads can be guaranteed to be the same...

for quite awhile now i have had an exhaust leak at the axle back area. my brother loaned me his welding unit and i got more than what i thought was the issue lol! i thought it was a pebble sized hole....
![]() ![]() after sanding the exhaust piping down and trying to get a steady bead this is the results. i can weld a lot better than this but it works!

my build is taking a tad bit longer than expected because the closer i get to completing the build i discover new things. i recently ordered and received all of my parts for my turbo with the exception of this china made BOV and my quad pod cluster. but before i put all of these parts on i have to raise my car because im afraid of hitting the downpipe. i now have coilovers i need to install along with some blox lca i got for free! im also going to order the full race traction bar and spend a morning/afternoon at the hobby shop at the military base and do the suspension. throughout this whole turbo build i have learned a shit load of shit. yeah somethings im doing i dont have to do but id rather do it now than later. lastly i do plan on getting an LSD for my transmission and change out the synchros as well. thanks for all the support.

Ya dude i know how you feel. I'm hoping to finally get my car tuned next week. I still can't figure out why I can't boost past 5psi but i'll just let the tuner figure it out. Good luck on getting your car finished!
