YOU ARE A MADMAN.

Seriously though. You are an engineering genius and deserve promotional assistance and a job at Acura, because you are so damn smart.

You are building your own car...

Wow. Don't ever sell this thing. Put it in a museum or something.

I'm soooo stoked right now on this project, I can't wait to see this thing in action...

The very best of luck man!!

Post #DC2H22-57

Here are some pics showing the etching primer on the body. All of the bare metal parts have also been primed, with special thanks to Kenny and Gary Hawkins at Kenny Hawkins Automotive in Raleigh for use of the “clean shop” and technical support.

The bodywork is in progress and going well. I hope to have primer on this side this week, then start on the other side when I get back from Sebring.

If you’re going to Sebring for the Speed WC and/or 12hr. races next week, look us up.!

I have got to tell ya, I am so excited about getting to this stage of the project. The light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter! I also cannot express how much I appreciate all of your comments and encouragement!

Thanks to you all,
Dave

Great work, I can already imagine the finished product. Since the engine is being relocated to the rear of the car, will you have to fabricate suspension in order to make it fit? Or is there a preexisting suspension from a RWD car that will fit?

I would bet my integra on this that and gaurantee that you get this thing in magazines! your probably get sponsors out of the ass and if you took all your proof of work to an engineering plant they would hire you on the spot. I am simply amazed at what you have accomplished, btw nice ass paint booth

if u ever get the itch for boosting this car, check out the april '06 issue of honda tuning for the turboed NSX they have in there. its similar to the squires turbo system but i dont know what would have to be changed for ur system. but if u could pull it off u would have ur boosted mr2-like car that u set out to as a guide for the project.
