The exposed cooling pipes will be insulated, just like the tubes underneath the car. Thanks, Dave |

The main A/C lines from the front back to the compressor are finally done. This view shows the low pressure (suction side) line running from the evaporator, over and down to the tunnel. The high pressure line from the compressor comes up from the tunnel, over to the right side of the car (left side of photo) and then forward to the condenser. You can also see a portion of the high pressure liquid line to the evaporator. I’ll finish running that line when the clutch and vacuum lines are in. ![]() Here you see the lines running back down the tunnel. The water hoses have been removed. ![]() This view shows the A/C lines coming up from the back of the tunnel to the compressor… ![]() and attaching to the compressor. ![]() This shot is of the left side of the front showing the receiver/dryer in it’s stock location, with the factory line, which contains the pressure switch and high pressure liquid charge port, from the condenser. The line running rearward from the receiver/dryer will eventually be routed over to the evaporator, once the clutch and vacuum lines are in. ![]() The next few shots are one of a pair of fittings I made. I needed some female fittings for the high side gas line like those in the condenser and compressor. It turned out that there was a flaw in the ¾” aluminum plate I used, and the fittings cracked when I welded tubing to them. This problem cost a lot of time as I lost the time I took to make the fittings, and then had to find some other fittings and remake the connections for them. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I forgot to include the fuel filter and EGR control valve installations in the last post. ![]() ![]() Happy Father’s Day! Is this weight with or without you in the car? I haven't been able to find where you put the radiator but if you were to put it up front it would put more weight on the front (if you haven't already done this). Great project by the way. Your going to have some playing around to do with the spring rates. Edit: got my answer on the radiator...

jojo: Weight is without driver, which is only necessary when corner weighing.
integra_kid_rz: That's the original, stock Prelude fuel filter mounting point. We have clutch! Your support is awesome! Dave |

Sweet update Dave; clutch is good.. hehe.. Any plans on your LSD? You mentioned Phantom Grip.. dunno, heard mixed bag 'o' opinions about it and its reliability, ever considered possibly Quaife or Kaaz maybe??
