Hey redline very nice job with the illustration. I really like the idea of using the mr2 intake scoops and those vents on the rear quarter panel. Good job again with the illustration!

I agree, very nicely done redline. I would also like to thank you, and everyone else, for your patience, support and encouragement through this move. All of you inspire me to keep going through the tough times.

I hope to have some pics up today so you can see how the quarters are flared and how the wheels and tires fit, which I think will inspire even more scoop/vent design ideas. I'll also have pics of the engine bay with engine installed.

Thanks,
Dave

Have you ruled out a roof scoop?
A mild one could loook kinda nice, and i would think that would bring in more air than on the sides.

Post #DC2H22-23

Here are some pics of the exterior with the 17” wheels and engine installed. The car will sit at least 1” lower when complete (before lowering with coilovers). The main thing to try to notice (I know, these are lousy pics….I’ll try get some better ones) is the quarter flare and stance with the wider rear track.

These pics show the engine compartment. The Integra dash is just sitting in there for the move.

In this pic, you can see the fuel filler neck. The rubber hoses are not yet installed and I need to fasten the mounting bracket.

Thanks for your comments and encouragement!
Dave

thats amazing. I don't think I have the balls to start such an extensive project like that. Good luck, and don't forget to show us a video of you doing a burnout on the rear tires.

I have one question? Do you have to go through smog? Cause from the looks of it, you wont have much room for a full exhaust with, header, catalytic converter, and muffler. Maybe just a header and muffler. Other then that, your project is sweet.
