Have you weighed it in yet? Is the weight around your goal of 2500 pounds?

I was just looking at your spare tire mount pictures....
Isn't the front of the car going to flex a lot without the engine mounted in there to stiffen it. You might have to add a couple diagonal crossmembers (bars) later down the road. I think the frame's rigidity might be somewhat affected. No?

There are about 500 miles on the car so far. I drove to Raleigh last weekend to have some friends in the paint business look at the paint job, and theyíve talked me out of painting it, for the time being. I was also up there to see my friend, John Oriez, to get the A/C system charged. Thanks to John, it blows very cold. Itís the coldest R134a system Iíve ever felt.

My great friend, Neal Harrison, and I drove it up to VIR on Sunday to see Kenny Hawkins and his son, Chris run their comp. coupes in the Viper Racing League. They finished 1st and 2nd in class, and were 1st and 3rd overall both Saturday and Sunday. Not bad, especially considering they reverse the starting order for Sundays race.

The GSR is running great, just needs some coilovers so I can continue the suspension and alignment setup. Now that I have A/C, running with the windows up is pretty dang noisy. Iím sure that will improve when the carpet is installed, however I decided to get a larger, quieter muffler anyway. Here are some shots from that project.

Dave we still need a shot of the car, on the ground, with those rims.

You've neglected to show us the entire thing at once. I just would like to see it all together with flared fenders, Scoops and all.

It seams a little quieter at idle, but i haven't driven it yet, so I just don't know.

As I've said before, when the car is ready to be seen, it will be. I can tell you, it won't be before I have coilovers on it. The ride heights are not correct as it sits right now.

if i saw that car on the road i would definately think something is wrong with it cause the exhaust is on the left side ;] either way i hope some day i get to see the car on the road. your making all our dreams come true! haha
