You should hit up Fluidyne and FAL and see if they will kick down a radiator and some fans. Would look better that the stock ones. If you are already talking with mags about getting the car shot, then I can guarantee you can get those parts, and many others. I've got quite the sponsors on my truck. If you need any help with that let me know.

hey dave in the last pic on page 150 it looks as if you cut out most of the lip on the rear whel wheels. that lip contained alot of factory spot welds..im wondering what you did to make sure the quarter panel doesnt flex outward there? did you reweld the seam?

Yes, the wheel well is welded to the quarter panel skin all the way around.

Thanks,
Dave

Dave: If I missed this, then I apologize. What are doing with the underside of the front, empty engine bay. It might be a good idea to put some underbody work there for aero. What that requires, I do not know.

on top of that... since you have all that room up there. Have you considered at the same time integrating an air duct that would direct air straight through the radiator and maybe vent it out the hood? Make for more efficient cooling since the air isn't scattering.

Post #DC2H22-87

Installed the engine cover panels and hood today.

There were some questions about the throttle cable, and I couldn’t find where I had documented the throttle body end, so here are some pics.

Cheers!
Dave
