B20B/Z Swap??? Newbie

Okay so I'm sure this question has probably been asked a million times before, but here we go...

I am completely new to the Honda/Acura scene, I am looking to purchase in the next 2 months, but I am doing more and more research. I was wondering though is there any specific base (GS,RS, LS, GS-R) that I would need to make a swap over to a B20B/Z? I am planning to do a lot of the work myself as I am good with mechanics and electronics, but anything that I cannot handle I will leave in the hands of a professional. So that's basically the question, does it matter which integra I purchase for the swap?

If it matters I've found a '99 JDM B20B Engine already. I believe I read somewhere that is the same or equal to the USDM B20Z as far as compression goes.

so yeah, any help would be appreciated
