I realized that means about 1% difference in speedo.

Other than these what difference it makes?

Any tips?

Dude, you win for having the most threads posted in the G1 section.

It's the tire size chart which goes like this:

195 is the tire width in millimeters from sidewall to sidewall.
60 means that the sidewall height is 60% of the 195mm width and the 14 is the 14" rim size they fit on. So if I'm not too tired and doing this right, your 195 tire will have a sidewall height of 117mm and the 185 will have a sidewall height of about 120.25mm. The 195 would then be a lower profile tire and a bit wider than the 185.
