Exclamation What can I do with these engines?

So here's what I have now:

-1996 Acura Integra LS (DB7) automatic shell (has some front end damage and have to strip interior because of hella mold)
-B18B1 (Possibly hydrolocked)
-B20Z2 (from what I heard, the head is trash due to the valves being burnt)
-B18B1 Automatic transmission (unknown condition)

I traded in an F23A JDM motor (because he wanted single cam goodies) for the Integra shell in which they threw in a "hydrolocked" B18B1 and automatic transmission. My friend also said that for 20 bucks I can have the B20Z2 long block (block with head) for $20; However, the head has burnt valves but the block is good. I also have a friend who has a Type-R head (from a B16B I think?). I have no harnesses or ECUs. I was thinking about selling the automatic parts and doing a manual swap. But I'm mostly focused on the engines. What should I do with them? What head/block combos should I go with? And what ECU should go with it?
