I have a 99' integra LS with about 150k miles on it.
My timing belt and water pump was replaced around 100k.
My idle issues all started when I changed my radiator and changed the spark plugs last year, around 140k. The car would have rough idle. It would be intermittent at first, then it would gradually get worse to where it will almost die. The engine light would go on with misfire codes. I took it to the shop and they found oil where the spark plugs were and so they replace the valve cover gasket, spark plugs, radiator cap, and adjusted the valves. This fixed the problem for a while, like 3-4 months.
Then the problem came back. I followed the steps on this link

I didn't replace any parts, but cleaned and adjusted what the steps told me. Problem went away for a couple weeks. Now, the problem came back.
I did a compression test, and I get no compression on all cylinders. There's a little bit of oil around the threads of the spark plugs.
What should be my next step? Need some help. Thanks.
