In need of the quietest muffler for my dc4

Currently have a K tuned Turndown. Asethically it's beautiful. Noise wise it's wayy too loud for daily driving. Even with the music up it still drones like crazy. Full interior in btw. Not too concerned about the performance more so the quiestness. Can some one give me a couple of suggestions?

Appreciate it.

I've heard for the money, Yonaka is decent. Bear in mind, you get what you pay for. I have an Apexi Worldsport 2, and love it. It looks sharp and sounds not much louder than stock, zero drone.

I would not suggest Yonaka... Although, it is quiet and it looks pretty good, the quality just isn't there. My next exhaust will be a Apexi WS2.

Ws2 for the win as far as quietness goes! Tanabe touring medalion would be another great option and my personal favorite. A slight bit louder but not by much and the tone is perfect. Quality construction as well. Yonaka on the other hand... steer clear. I say this from experience. I know several people who've gone through them and in short time too. My sister had one on her hatch for only a year and a half before the muffler packing blew completely out leaving it sounding like the hollow tin can that it was. Every other person I know who had one had the same thing happen right around the two year mark

Been out of the Honda scene for some time... looked up the WS and the Noir and they say only the muffler? Is this true or is it the entire cat-back?

Its been forever since I've been on here! And don't PM me as I intend to keep my box full so I don't get any annoying PM's!

I have the NOIR cat-back and love it. Pricey, but it's money well spent. Quality is definitely there. Sound is excellent. Not loud and has a very nice tone. I have it with a bwr test pipe and PLM header. The NOIR is identical to the WS, but it's painted black.

Thanks,

^ there it is, the NOIR. Tanabe also makes excellent exhausts. I personally don't have any experience with them, but many say great quality. From what I've heard, it sounds slightly louder than the NOIR, but still not loud by any means. Very nice tone too. NOIR, I got because of its stealthy looks and sound. My personal fav....very happy I went with it.

Thanks,

I figured there was something up with the Yonaka. Price made it seem too good to be true. Thanks for the video.
